Funds from State Appropriations & 学费
State appropriations and student fees are 的 main sources of support for 菠菜网lol正规平台's operations. The state appropriation and most system-wide mandatory student fees are tracked in 的 CSU营运基金 (70000), which is 的 main 基金 used by most departments. O的r 基金s used to track specific student fees include:

Some campus departments are self-supporting operations that provide services in exchange for user fees, such as 住房 (71000) and 停车 (56000). These fees also support construction and building maintenance projects, which are tracked in separate 基金s.
Internal Service 基金s (77xxx) and Enterprise Funds (78xxx) track costs for self-supporting operations, such as telecommunications and distribution services, that provide services to o的r campus departments, auxiliary organizations, and external entities.
