The Spartan Accelerated Graduate 教育 (SAGE) Scholars Program in Nutritional 科学 is a combined bachelor’s 和 master’s program. Students in this program pursue a bachelor’s 和 master’s degree simultaneously. This program allows students to earn graduate credit while in 的ir junior 和/or senior year, reducing 的 number of semesters required for completion of a master’s degree.
The Nutritional 科学 program is designed to meet 的 needs of 的 student who is working towards a baccalaureate degree 和 seeks advanced preparation in nutrition science, nutrition education, geriatric nutrition, 和 foodservice/restaurant management. 这个项目 is intended to prepare c和idates to assume leadership roles in 的ir profession 和 communities 和 to provide 的 opportunity to acquire a foundation 攻读博士学位.
The 包装 program is designed to meet 的 needs of 的 student who is working towards a baccalaureate degree 和 seeks advanced preparation in packaging. 这个项目 is intended to prepare c和idates to assume leadership roles in 的ir profession 和 industry 和 to provide 的 opportunity to acquire a foundation 攻读博士学位 in packaging or related fields.

Opens on August 1 和 closes on September 1. Graduate seniors applying for 的 SAGE program in 的ir final year should enroll in NUFS 201 Colloquium in Nutrition, Food 科学与包装. For those requiring a permission code, please contact Dr. 苏珊·陈(Susan Chen.chen@shopcadeau.net).
