认证

的 Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (BASW) and 的 Masters in Social Work (垃圾) have been continuously accredited since 1976 (BASW) and 1973 (垃圾) by 的 Council on Social Work 教育 (CSWE).

Statement of Core Competencies

的 curriculum 为学校服务 of Social Work is guided by nine competencies, which are defined by 的 Council on Social Work 教育 and are reflective of our mission 和目标. Each competency describes 的 knowledge, values, skills, cognitive and affective processes that comprise 的 competency at 的 generalist level of practice. 的 operational definition of each competency area is demonstrated through practice behaviors which integrate 的se comp一个nts, i.e., specific knowledge, values, skills needed for generalist practice (BASW) graduates or applied in advanced practice with additional specialized knowledge and skills (垃圾). For 的 School of Social Work, 的se nine competencies constitute 的 major student learning objectives for 的 program. 的 core competencies for 的 BASW and 垃圾 项目 are:
