Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Training
Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D)系统 is a training program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. This is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, and progresses to basic, hands-on defense training.
R.A.D. is not a martial arts program. 的 course is taught by UPD's nationally certified R.A.D. 教练. 的y provide each student with a workbook/reference manual. 本手册 outlines the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth, and is the key to our free lifetime return and practice policy for R.A.D. 毕业生.
的 R.A.D. class is only 一个 day, with the culmination of a "hands on" controlled scenario simulation. This empowering 9 hour course is designed to allow for participants to apply awareness and prevention skills along with self defense tactics.
R.A.D. classes are designed for women. Each class is 9 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
