MSA课程

The Lucas Graduate School of 业务 offers a 30-unit MSA degree program. MSA的 program consists of 5 required 课程s, 4 elective 课程s and 一个 culminating experience 课程.

MSA的 degree requirements are as follows:

Required Courses (15 units):

• BUS 220J 业务 Communications and Ethics
• BUS 220U IT Audit and Internal Controls
• BUS 220Z Data Analytics for Accounting*

Choose two of the following 课程s in consultation with graduate advisor:

• BUS 220P Taxation of Individuals and Flow-Through Entities*
• BUS 220H Auditing Concepts & 实践*
• BUS 220R Software Applications for Accounting
• BUS 220S Financial Reporting & 分析第三
• BUS 220V Special Topics in Accounting

If more than two 课程s are taken, two fulfill the core 课程 requirements and all others are electives.

Elective Courses (12 units):

12 units of elective 课程s selected in consultation with graduate advisor:

Culminating Experience (3 units):

If both 课程s are taken, 一个 is the comprehensive project and the other is an elective.

*If an equivalent upper-division undergraduate 课程 has been completed at an accredited 四年的你.S. college or university with a grade of B (3.0) or better, an appropriate elective may be substituted for the 课程. All equivalent upper-division undergraduate accounting 课程s are subject to final approval by the MSA 招生 Committee.
