Jay Ou is an anthropologist whose research areas include the anthropology of power and controlling processes, business and corporate capitalism, science and technology, 亚洲, and North America. He has published articles and book chapters on power and controlling processes, Native American Law, museum studies, labor, corporate capitalism, commerce, and economic crises.
Dr. Ou has conducted ethnographic fieldwork in Native American communities, manufacturing industries, NGOs, government agencies, and multinational corporations in the US and 亚洲. He has taught anthropology, ethnic studies, international studies, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and international business in the US, 亚洲 and Europe. As an entrepreneur, Jay has worked with leading businesses in the social and ecological sustainability sectors in 亚洲, Africa, Europe, MENA and the Americas.
