Congratulations Class of 2024!

San José State University is excited to host in-person commencement ceremonies at the end of each Fall and Spring semesters.

*Summer 毕业生 will have the option to attend either the Spring Ceremony before their final summer semester or the Fall Ceremony after their final summer semester.

毕业典礼的步骤

• 1. Submit your Graduation Application

  • Contact your Academic Advisor to submit your Graduation Application through My菠菜网lol正规平台 to the Registrar's Office.

    Under毕业生 - For assistance contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@shopcadeau.net

    Graduate - For assistance contact the GAPE Office at graduate@shopcadeau.net

    Credential students - Contact your Academic Advisor for assistance

• 2a. 毕业典礼的回复

  • Check your email for an RSVP link sent from commencement@shopcadeau.net

    NOTE - For Fall 2024, we expect this email to go out near the end of September, 2024

    If you have not received an email by October 1st, please confirm that your Graduation Application has been submitted. 大学生接触 registrar@shopcadeau.net. 毕业生联系 graduate@shopcadeau.net

• 2b. Claim your 客人的机票

  • 客人的机票 can be claimed while completing the RSVP form for 毕业典礼 or after by logging into your MarchingOrder profile.

    A Guest ticket is REQUIRED for all guests age three (3) and up. 最多6个(6) 客人的机票 are 保证 per graduate.

    If you need additional 客人的机票, we recommend asking other 毕业生 scheduled for your 仪式 if they have any unclaimed tickets. If so, they should request the additional tickets by logging back into the MarchingOrder account and email or print their extra tickets 给你和你的客人.

    Additional 客人的机票 may be released 2-3 weeks prior to 毕业典礼, but is not 保证. If this is possible, students will be notified via email from commencement@shopcadeau.net

• 3. 购买你的徽章

  • All participating 毕业生 are required to wear the correct degree academic regalia to attend the commencement 仪式. 

    Academic regalia is available to purchase a few different ways:

    1. 面对面(最快 & least expensive method):

    Spartan 书店 hours can be found on their website sjsu.bncollege.com

    2. ONLINE (not yet available for Fall 2024):

    Orders must be submitted 30 days prior to 毕业典礼 to ensure your Regalia is delivered 准时.

• 4. 让客人做好准备

  • 1. 请求 & access your guest ticket by logging into your MarchingOrder profile.

    2. Inform your guests with 毕业典礼 information by providing them their Guest Ticket(s) and directing them to the 毕业典礼上网站 

• 5. 提前到达

  • Please plan to arrive 1-hour early to ensure you and your guests have time to,

     -找停车位
     -与家人联系 & 朋友
     -办理保安登记 
     -找座位.

    *NOTE - there is no rehearsal. Event staff will be present to provide direction through out your 毕业典礼 Ceremony.

毕业典礼 Ceremony Schedule

Doors to the venue will open 1 hour before each 仪式 start time. 仪式可能 last up to 2 hours depending on the number of students attending. 每个仪式都会 直播.

Students should arrive no later than 30 minutes before their 仪式 start time and follow the instructions of the event staff to get checked in and seated inside of the venue before the 仪式 start time. 菠菜网lol正规平台 does not host rehearsals 为学生.
