基金会, 调查, 实践 课程

Each 基金会 (F), 调查 (I), and 实践 (P) 课程 is four units. 额外的 单位，也叫单位 参与单位, is designed to enrich your learning experiences and to facilitate your achievement of 课程 learning objectives. The activities you'll complete for the 参与单位 将 deepen your understanding of 课程 materials as you engage in meaningful ways with the concepts you're learning in the 课程. Students enrolled in 4-unit 课程s are expected to spend on average of 45 hours (or 3 hours per week over the 课程 of a regular semester) outside of the classroom to complete engagement activities. This unit is worth 25% of the overall grade.
